It is your responsibility to know the legality of the firearm you are ordering. MBX will not be held responsible for any firearm refused by your FFL. MBX Competition Firearms Not available for NY, CT, MA,HI, & MD. CA complaint gun only available for CA. NO Megas or Minis available to restricted states. Due to the fact that some parts are anodized at different times and materials there may be a slight variation in coating colors. If you cancel your order once gun build is started your payment will be refunded less 20% restocking fee. Accessories: Trigger warranties are covered by the manufactures warranties not MBX.
