Purchasing Protocol

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. Changes can be made if you email us immediately since we process orders quickly. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and limitations regarding the purchased MBX product(s).

Shipping Policy

We strive to process each order as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed and leave our facility within 24-48 hours. If you have a specific delivery needs or amends to your order please contact Customer Service mbxextreme@gmail. We strive to avoid errors but on the rare occasion that is occurs, please notify Customer Service mbxextreme@gmail and we will email you a return form and and get the correct product to you immediately.
However, we cannot control the delays and mistake occasionally made by shipping companies.

Return Policy

Products must be return new, unused, same condition as when purchased by MBXextreme and must be returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for refund. 30 days is STRICTLY adhered to. Items that have been opened, inappropriately handled, used, or have any evidence of use cannot be returned for a credit or refund and Customer will pay for return shipping, after 30 days if no response MBX will NOT be responsible for the returned product. The customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 20% of the product sales price. If the customer fails to return item in the stated condition MBXextreme will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item and the package will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Customers that purchase from one of our MBXextreme Dealers please refer your dealer's polices unless there is visible manufacture defect.
